I registered for an account at blogspot in October of 2000 and after two posts, immediately forgot about it.
At the end of Feb. 2002 something happened that reminded me about this blog thing and for some reason, I was hooked. That was a year ago today… how about that?
I bought colormepink.com in March so we’ll be celebrating that anniversary too… ooh, remind me I need to renew it, would you?

Now however, I’m too tired to breathe. See? this getting up early’ll kill ya.
It is nice to have the sunshine back though! Does wonders for my cranky ass.

Had a very nice family day yesterday. Jim was off. We stayed home and got some stuff done. He spent some time with the kids and we had an early dinner.
Watched the grammys and went to bed, so I’m up with the birds this morning.

I’ve got a to do list a mile long today and I’m going to go pocketbook shopping.
It’s a chilly 39 degrees this morning, but it’s supposed to warm up to about 70. So, I’m freezing now, but looking forward to the warmth.

I upgraded three copies of MT this weekend and I must say that it was the least painful upgrade I’ve ever done. I love MT.

You know, it’s not Christ I have a problem with, it’s a whole s*** load of the people who use his name.

And speaking of names:
I wrote a letter to the editor of a local magazine.
They printed a piece about the The Paradoxical Commandments and credited them to Mother Teresa… Well, she didn’t write them, she just admired them.
I wrote a letter to the editor, very diplomatically pointing that out and not only did they change my letter, but they spelled my damn name wrong.

That better not be my fifteen minutes.

Spent most of it slaving over a hot laptop.
Got the main parts of a new design on a not so new website.
The client is a friend, so it’s not so bad. =)

Watched Joe Millionaire and I must say that he gets goofier every week.
I have a friend (my best friend for 25 years) who says that he’s one of the best looking men she’s ever seen. As you can probably guess we’ve never fought over a guy. I was surprised that he picked Zora. I thought for sure he was going to go for the blonde. Then I hated myself for giving a s***.

Jim brought home pizza and then we watched TV after the kids went to bed. He fell out about 11 and I watched Dr. Phil on Letterman. Pretty funny stuff. I’m not a huge fan of Phil’s, but he had a pretty good sense of humor about it all. I’ve got to give him credit for that.

I’m exhausted and I promised to take the kids out tomorrow, so I’m off.

I never did get around to upgrading MT… maybe next weekend.
