I know I keep going on and on about this apartment, but it’s so nice, so cozy. So far the people seem to be very friendly, although I haven’t really been out and about much. Between unpacking and not feeling well, I’ve sort of been in the house full time.
The kids are back into the swing of things with school, which is a good thing. I was a little nervous about them getting back into it as moving week was sporadic at best. But that’s another good thing about homeschooling, we can work around our schedule.
The first kid that showed up at our house on moving day happens to be homeschooled as well, so I’m going to have to make an effort to meet his mom.
It would certainly be nice to find someone to share ideas with.
My mother made reservations to come in late October, during a week that Jim’s away. That should be nice. I’m really looking forward to being able to get to town quickly and having so many things close by.
Well the kids are downstairs and obviously NOT working, so I’m out.
