Is it just me?  Is it just that I’m so attuned to June 1st, because it’s my birthday?  Cause, I have to tell you; I think I have the best day of the year for a birthday.  It’s mid year, so all the holidays are far away from it, no matter your religion.  Also, there are an awful lot of celebrity and historical birthdays on June 1st.  And maybe it’s just an ego thing, but I think there are a lot of interesting people that share my birthday.  A small sampling are:

So, right? That’s a whole lot of people and that’s only the short list.

Anyway, I had a great day, got lots of terrific presents, went to Bonefish for dinner, where we indulged in quite a bit of food.  I had the Chilean Sea Bass, which is what I always have and it was lovely, as usual.  I’m going to bed very soon and I’ll let you know how my favorite present works tomorrow.  I promise,  you’ll be shocked at what I asked for.  No, really, you’ll be shocked.
