First of all, let me point out the Jennifer Lopez had a foot injury and couldn’t be there. I also have a foot injury. Coincidence? Well, let’s just think about this… Have you ever seen J.Lo and I in the same room at the same time?

Leanne? Really? Leanne? I’m so disappointed.
Her line was cute. The architectural details were interesting. But, it was the same thing over and over and the color scheme was pretty but boring. I know, it was nice that she did pants and shorts and skirts and dresses, but they all looked too much like the same outfit. And I don’t want to be a bitch, but why won’t she wash her hair?
Korto. I love you. Anytime you want to design my clothes, please feel free. I loved the line, I adored the colors – they made sense one design to another, style and color wise. You don’t have to be a model to wear Korto’s clothes. That halter dress with the beaded neckline? I’d buy that today. I’d have to wear it to Publix, but I would be cute. And Korto? Yes, you did look hot.
Kenley is adorable. I know she took a lot of heat and it was warranted. She gets defensive and feels the need to fight her way through it. I know someone like that (shut up all you people who actually know me) so I sort of get it. Now that I’m old more mature, I can deal with it better, but when I was in my 20s… ooooh. I would fight you. Yes, I would. I loved her painted fabrics, I flipped over the big tulle skirt, and I really liked the green fabric on the high collared dress. While I do not think that she’s a “copy cat”, I do think that she needs to be aware of things that are going on in the industry so as not to be labeled (ha! labeled, get it?) as unoriginal.
It’s funny – at the beginning of this season, I was having a tough time getting involved with the designers, but the finale was more emotional for me than any of the previous seasons.
In the end, I think Korto should have won. And Tim? I still love you.

I couldn’t have said it better. I think Leanne’s thought to the future with sustainable fabrics pushed her into the winner’s circle. Korto’s designs were fantastic and for all women, not just toothpicks. Kenley needs to do her research and calm down. Nobody talks back to Tim like she did. : ) BTW, I dig your blog so I gave you an award!!!
