OK, I’m getting closer… I have never cooked in a crock pot, I am scared to give up my trusty sauce pan! But reading this recipe over a few times, I think I am ready to make the leap! The pictures look great.

@Christine, Yay I can go back to being a "mom/woman" and actually having homemade meals. Since going back to college pt and home schooling plus pt working,home made food and extra curricular activities have taken a plunge!
